What is your return policy?

 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery.

I cannot accept cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not

returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy - United Kingdom

Shipment method is by Royal Mail 1st Class

Estimated delivery time will be 1-2 business days

International Shipping Policy

Shipment method is by Royal Mail International Standard

Estimated delivery time will be

Europe 3-5 business days

Rest of World 6-7 business days

Amanda Primrose is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages:

Amanda Primrose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
